Before we change anything, we figure out what's really happening in your classrooms during the moments that count. Not what you think is happening. What the TRS assessor would see if she walked in tomorrow. We look at every classroom, and I show you exactly where your Category 2 score is being lost — teacher by teacher, moment by moment.
I — Improve the Interactions
Once we know what's broken, we fix it. I work with your teachers in their actual classrooms — not in a training room — on the specific things they're doing (or not doing) that pull your score down. They learn by doing it with me watching, then doing it again, then doing it on their own. This is the part nobody else does for you.
S — Set Up Systems That Stick
What works for one teacher in one classroom doesn't help you on assessment day unless every teacher does it, every day. We build the schedules, the meetings, and the routines that make the good work happen on its own — so your score doesn't drop the day I leave.
E — Evidence the Lift
TRS assessment isn't a single visit. It's a stack of paperwork, observations, and family feedback the assessor uses to score you. Most 2-Star centers walk into reassessment with weak paperwork and lose points they earned in the classroom. We build the records and proof your assessor needs — so the score you worked for is the score you actually get.
